Your Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive project plans to communicate to customers and other staff members.
- Defining standardized project methodologies, processes, and documents in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinating internal resources and external service providers, as well as liaising with the customer to ensure smooth project execution.
- Estimating the resources and participants required to achieve project goals, managing project budgets and resource allocation.
- Communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. Regular communication with project stakeholders.
- Ensuring the timely, budget-compliant, and quality-compliant execution of projects.
- Handover of operationally relevant topics to the operations team for ongoing management.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects and system implementations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Good knowledge of ITSM, with relevant certification being an advantage.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
