Your Responsibilities
- User support, including troubleshooting at the 2nd level
- Configuration and operation of M365 (Hybrid) environments, including user setup
- Configuration and operation of Matrix42 Empirum:
- Creation of software packages for software distribution
- Update management for Windows clients
- Creation and analysis of reports through Matrix42 Empirum
- Creation and updating of software packages using Microsoft Intune
- Configuration and operation of antivirus solutions (currently Sophos Central, TrendMicro Apex):
- Monitoring the operational readiness of cloud solutions
- Onboarding new customers
What you bring
- Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification in the IT field, along with several years of professional experience in IT business environments
- Extensive experience in user support
- Knowledge in software packaging, updating, and antivirus solutions
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft environments: on-premise, hybrid, and M365
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and processes based on ITIL standards
