Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring the operational functionality of the network and firewall infrastructures for our clients
- User and IT support for Windows and Linux servers
- Handling client inquiries, both by phone and in writing, regarding hardware, software, and network issues
What you bring
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification in the IT field, along with several years of professional experience in server/storage environments
- Strong knowledge in administering Windows and Linux systems
- Solid experience in managing firewall infrastructures
- Knowledge in one of the following areas: Juniper, Mist Cloud, Cisco, Meraki, Sophos XG/UTM, Sophos Central
