Your Responsibilities
- Development of customer-oriented service strategies in close cooperation with sales and operational departments.
- Acting as the communication interface between customers and all involved units.
- Contributing to the further development of managed services solutions and processes.
- Reporting, quality assurance, service, and process optimization.
- Accompanying customer projects as the central communication interface.
- Escalation management in the customer context.
- Coordination of changes in the customer context.
What you bring
- Completed studies or commercial or technical vocational training.
- Strong interest in new technologies and experience in developing IT solution approaches, combined with solid commercial knowledge.
- Broad understanding of IT, knowledge, and certifications in ITIL or comparable IT service management certifications are desirable.
- Structured working method, good self-organization, and excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as confident manners.
- Sales affinity, business acumen, and customer orientation.
- Very good German and good English skills.
