To strengthen our qualified Systems Engineering team at our Frankfurt am Main location, we are looking for a dedicated Systems Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on Server Infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation, and maintenance of physical and virtual server landscapes
- Administration of entire server environments and centralized storage solutions
- Setup and management of virtual machines
- Setup and optimization of monitoring tools to oversee server performance and availability
- Troubleshooting and error analysis to ensure the smooth operation of server environments
- Planning, implementation, and regular review of backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Implementation and management of security policies
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
What you bring
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or several years of professional experience in the server/storage field
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows servers, including Active Directory management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Collaboration with colleagues to develop best-practice approaches
The following skills and knowledge would be advantageous:
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or hybrid cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of administration and configuration of storage (NAS, SAN) and virtualization systems (VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Knowledge in administering Linux server distributions
- Experience with monitoring infrastructures (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG)
- Excellent German and good English skills complete your profile
